How many people does SALT Vincentia sleep?
We can comfortably sleep up to six guests in three bedrooms. We have two queen beds and a twin single room.

Where can I find your rates and tariffs?
Our rates differ depending on the dates you would like to visit. Please visit our book online page to check rates and availability for your intended stay.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check in is at 1500 (3pm). Check out is at 1000 (10am). Unfortunately, we are unable to offer late checkouts due to our cleaning schedule.

Do you allow pets?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly holiday house. We have a fully-fenced yard. Please enquire at the time of booking to determine the suitability of our property. Pet owners need to supply their own pet bed, food bowls etc. To prevent unnecessary soiling of linen and cushions, we kindly ask that pets do not sit on the beds or sofas.

Are children permitted?
Children under 12 years are permitted on the property, provided they are a registered guest and staying with a parent and / or guardian. Guests with babies or very young children will need to supply their own portable cot and linen.

Can I book a single room?
No. By booking at SALT Vincentia you are booking exclusive use of the entire property.

What parking is available?
A driveway is available on the property. The driveway can accommodate an additional car. Additional parking is available on the vacant block next to SALT Vincentia or across the road at the local shopping centre carpark.

Do I need to bring my own linen or towels?
No, we supply all bed linen, towels, hand towels, bath mats, face washers, tea towels and beach towels for guest use.

Do you provide breakfast?
No, but there is a Coles supermarket and local restaurants and cafes just a short stroll away.

What amenities are included?
We have a Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen.
We have a smart TV with an Apple TV connection to access Netflix and your favourite on-demand channels (own account credentials required).
There is a washing machine with laundry powder and an outdoor clothesline.
We provide a hair dryer for guest use.

Do you have a washer?
Yes, we have a washing machine onsite. A clothesline can be found in the backyard. We kindly ask that only guest clothing is laundered during your stay. Please do not wash any linen from the beach house. Unfortunately at this time, we do not have a dryer at the property.

Do you have air conditioning?
Yes, we have reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living area.

How do I access the key on check-in day?
We have a key lock located on the premises which can be accessed 24/7. You will be provided with access information and a code for the duration of your stay.

Do you offer Wi-Fi?
We offer complimentary Wi-Fi for our guests during their stay. The Wi-Fi password is printed on laminated cards throughout the house. Unfortunately we cannot and do not guarantee Wi-Fi will be working 100% of the time during your stay.

Many internet signal problems can be fixed by resetting the modem. To do this locate the modem (in the front sitting room behind the curtain) and turn it off for 10 seconds by either the on or off switch on the modem, the wall socket switch, or by removing the power cable. Switch back on and allow up to 10 minutes to reboot.
