The following terms and conditions are in addition to the policies outlined by our booking agent, and any additional third party sites. We encourage you to read their full terms and conditions prior to making a booking.

Booking Policy

  1. Check-in is from 1500 (3pm) and check-out by 1000 (10am) – we appreciate you adhering to these times.
  2. Bookings are only secured once payment (deposit or the full amount as required) is made.
  3. There is strictly NO PARTIES, NO EVENTS permitted on the property. We are in a residential area and we kindly ask that you respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
  4. There is strictly NO SMOKING permitted on the property, in the rooms or around the premises. Any alarms or damage caused by prohibited smoking will be charged to the individual / group responsible.
  5. Pets are permitted, subject to an approval process. Although ourn property is fully fenced, it is your responsibility to ensure the supervision and safety of your pet whilst on our property.
  6. Any damage incurred to the property during your stay will be charged to the individual / group responsible.
  7. A driveway is available onsite for 1-2 vehicles. Parking is not permitted on the street. 
  8. No responsibility is taken by the proprietors of SALT Vincentia for any vehicles parked on or offsite.
  9. We reserve the right to access the property in the case of an emergency, to access serviceable areas such as switch boards, hot water services, gas bottles or to secure the property during storms or other weather events.
  10. Please ensure all windows are closed when leaving the property and the door is locked. No responsibility is taken by the proprietors of SALT Vincentia for any theft to guests personal belongings left on the property.
  11. A combination key safe is available onsite. We strongly recommend leaving the key in the key safe when you go out to avoid any loss or damage. Lost or damaged keys will incur a fee.
  12. Deposits: A refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. We strongly recommend that you read our booking partner cancellation policies below before making a booking at SALT Vincentia.

    Cancellation Policy

    1. Guests must ensure they have adequate travel insurance to cover any loss of accommodation costs from cancellations due to any circumstances
    2. Any changes or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our Booking Agent.
    3. If you do not show up for your booking or terminate your booking early, after you have checked in, you will forfeit your stay and no refund will be provided.
